Exterior is Trimdek profile Colorbond cladding with a 125mm D gutter — durable, low maintenance, and weatherproof. Black aluminium window frames throughout with tinted glazing and roller blinds on every external window and door. The red accent panel is a feature strip in the same Trimdek profile.

Interior walls and ceiling are VJ panelling in 100mm profile, painted in three coats. Flooring is standard solid core hybrid plank throughout — hardwearing and consistent room to room. Insulation is installed throughout walls and ceiling.

Hot water is a standard gas service with an aluminium gas box and dual regulator. Grey water is managed by an EZgrey diversion unit. Ecoflo composting toilet — no black water tank or pump-out required. A 15AMP electrical connection point is installed for grid or generator connection.

Compliance documentation for gas and hot water has been reissued and is current — ready to transfer to the new owner.

It connects the home to full off-grid capability, running the dishwasher, AC and hot water without a grid connection. It can be bought with the home or sourced separately.
