The home travels via flatbed truck with crane placement at your site. Transport is the buyer's responsibility — we can recommend providers who handle homes of this size regularly.

Site prep depends on your location and council. The home can sit on level compacted ground, concrete bearers, or stumps. For most of QLD, the builder can project manage installation — stumping, trades, and council — at an additional cost.
