Safety switchboard, 15-amp power inlet, water inlet, and external hose tap — ready to connect on arrival. Instant gas hot water provides a continuous supply. This is a made-to-order build with a 12 to 14 week timeline from deposit to completion. Design consultation begins immediately after deposit, with the first draft typically within two weeks.

As a skid-base home, your site will need preparation before the home arrives. This includes site approvals, a structural engineer's footing plan, stumping or screw piles, crane placement, and connection of services (plumbing, electrical, gas). The typical cost for a complete installation package is approximately $60,000, depending on your location and site conditions. Being made to order, you can add the OffGrid Now solar package at the design stage: roof-mounted from around $20,600 plus a backup generator, or a ground-mounted system on skids at $24,950 with the generator included. It can also be retrofitted later, so you're not locked in either way.
