Every element can be shaped around how you actually want to live — from layout and finishes through to scale. Designs can extend up to 15m x 5m, with increased ceiling heights, wider rooms, and the flexibility to add additional bedrooms, workspaces, or multi-use zones. A 4.3-metre overall height lifts the entire living area, creating volume that's rarely seen in this category. Highlight windows pull natural light in from every angle, while layered materials — white VJ panelling, warm timber, rattan pendants, and botanical detailing — create a space that feels architectural, not temporary.
The layout is designed for real living. Three bedrooms allow for a growing family or flexible use. A ground-floor master sits privately behind a barn door. A full staircase leads to a standing-height loft, while a second loft adapts as a home office, guest room, or retreat. The frame is H3-treated MGP12 pine or True Core steel, clad in a hybrid of Colorbond roofing and cladding with Hardie Oblique feature panels, flashings, and guttering. Black aluminium windows with hardwood timber framing sit throughout — 18 openings total, including sliding doors, awning windows, and fixed panels, with skylights available as an upgrade.
Insulation is Earthwool R2.5 in walls and ceiling with R1.4 subfloor, wrapped in Bradford's Enviroseal permeable building wrap for superior moisture and thermal performance. Internal walls are white VJ panelling with Gyprock ceilings. Hybrid waterproof flooring throughout.
All electrical completed in-house by licensed electricians. Plumbing, waterproofing, and construction by certified tradespeople. USB-C charging points throughout (kitchen, lofts, master, living). Safety switchboard, 15-amp power inlet, water inlet, and external hose tap — ready to connect on arrival.
Instant gas hot water provides a continuous supply. The 2.5kW reverse-cycle split system handles heating and cooling across the open-plan living zone and ground-floor bedroom.

This is a made-to-order build, approximately 14 to 16 weeks from deposit to completion, with design consultation beginning immediately after deposit and progress images provided throughout — you'll see your home come together from frame to finish.
Built in NSW and delivered anywhere in Australia on its own registered 10-tonne trailer, ready to tow, level and connect. The trailer runs air brakes on all wheels, a breakaway system and a handbrake. On site you'll need a level area with a stable base; the home connects via its 15-amp power inlet and water inlet with external hose tap. Optional on-site installation is available — cement block elevation, with the home safely secured to your land to protect your trailer and guard against the weather.
Remote buyers are fully supported — FaceTime walkthroughs can be arranged depending on what's in the workshop at the time, along with full documentation and licensed agent representation from deposit through to delivery.
