Every element can be shaped around how you actually want to live — from layout and finishes through to scale. Designs can extend up to 15m x 5m, with increased ceiling heights, wider rooms, and the flexibility to add additional bedrooms, workspaces, or multi-use zones. A 4.3-metre ceiling lifts the entire living area, creating volume that's rarely seen in this category. Skylights and highlight windows pull natural light in from every angle, while layered materials — white VJ panelling, warm timber, rattan pendants, and botanical detailing — create a space that feels architectural, not temporary.

The layout is designed for real living. Three bedrooms allow for a growing family or flexible use. A ground-floor master sits privately behind a barn door. A full staircase leads to a standing-height loft, while a second loft adapts as a home office, guest room, or retreat.
