This home is all-aluminium, aerospace and marine grade. There is no steel anywhere in the shell, so it cannot rust and will outlast a steel-framed home by decades. Aluminium is also dimensionally stable: unlike timber, the panels do not warp, swell or move with moisture, so the home holds its shape and its seal season after season. Every panel is factory-engineered to a precise grid and built to tolerance in a controlled factory, not cut and fixed on a building site, with quality checked on each panel before it leaves the floor. The electrical is certified to a Certificate of Compliance, the plumbing is done by a licensed plumber, and the builder is a member of prefabAUS.

Insulation is where this home earns its name. The walls use a pressure-neutralised aluminium panel system around 200mm thick, built on a 100mm insulated core, for an R3.6 rating that comfortably beats the R2.0 to R2.7 typical of tiny homes. The floor and ceiling carry the same foam-panel insulation. Double-glazed, argon-filled, thermally broken windows seal the envelope, and a heat-pump fresh-air system continuously moves fresh air through the home, which is what stops the condensation that sealed builds usually battle in extreme climates. The result holds temperature at minus 10 degrees and stays comfortable year-round.

The interior fit-out uses Australian ply and sustainably sourced joinery throughout, and the trailer and everything below floor level is Australian-made.

Heating and comfort: a New Zealand wood-burning fireplace, a heat-pump fresh-air system, and double-glazed argon-filled windows throughout keep it warm and dry in any season.

Kitchen: gas (LPG) appliances.

Bathroom: a wood-chip composting toilet, giving real flexibility on where the home can be sited.

Outdoors: an external storage compartment, ideal as a firewood store beside the fireplace, plus an outdoor shower.

This home is solar-ready. Add panels and a battery and it runs fully off-grid — with the wood-chip composting toilet and LPG appliances already fitted, solar is the only missing piece. That makes it genuinely self-sufficient for remote or cold-climate blocks where mains power is not an option. Solar panels are not included.

This is a road-ready tiny home on wheels, 6.5m long (7.5m including the drawbar) and 2.5m wide, sitting under the legal transport height, so it tows on its tandem-axle trailer without an over-height permit. The home is located in northwest Sydney, around the Dural area, on private gated land. Inspections are by appointment and a team member will meet you on site. Buyers are asked to have their land and finance sorted before an inspection is booked.
