Built by an established Queensland tiny home builder, the home sits on a VIN-plated steel chassis rated to 4,500kg GVM, primed and finished in two coats of Weathershield. It runs on 195/R14 tyres with electric brakes and a breakaway kit, with four stabilising legs for setting it up level on site.

The frame is 90mm steel throughout, which stays straight and is termite proof. The floor is 19mm structural plywood over steel joists, with floor insulation underneath for warmer floors in winter.

The exterior is Colorbond Trimdek on the roof and three walls, with Weathertex Woodsman weatherboard running vertically on the fourth side, for a low-maintenance finish that handles coastal weather. Wide 150mm quad gutters handle heavy rain.

Inside the walls, R2.5 batts are paired with an R1.3 Anticon blanket under the roof to manage heat and condensation. Windows and doors are aluminium framed. Fly screens are fitted to all opening windows and sliding doors, and every window and door has a keyed security lock.

Due to its size, this home needs professional truck or tow transport. It sits on a VIN-plated trailer with electric brakes, and at 2.4m wide it sits within standard road width. Transport is the buyer's responsibility, and THA can recommend experienced tiny home transport providers on request.

At your site you'll need a level, well-drained pad and a 15 amp power connection. A water supply connects to the external inlet, and the tank water filtration kit means rainwater tanks work too. The composting toilet means no sewer connection is needed. Check with your local council about siting rules before delivery.
